Suction has been week since I first got it
Ever since I first used my power wand, it has flooded carpets not properly extracting during dry passes. What can I do? What is the proper back wheel adjustment, and has anyone used silicone on heads to prevent vac leaks? If so what exactly have you done.

Is front wheel adjusted down so just touchs the carpet? Are you making dry pass's after? Silicone helps keep the seals good.. When is the last time you replaced your seals?
